Hi profs! Hope all is well. I have a reflective journal that must be written for my class. The instructions are as follows: The intent here is to demonstrate your ability to reflect critically on issues we have addressed in the course. Reflective journals should take a critical approach to the topic, integrate course materials, and include reflections on the students’ thinking and perceptions in relation to the topic of discussion. To provide students with an opportunity to critically engage with the issues we have addressed in the course. To encourage students to become aware of their own stereotypes, biases, and gaps in their own thinking and approaches to aging. To provide students with an opportunity to employ an intersectional lens to the study of aging This journal will be on intersectionality. I have provided the 2 sources that are required for this journal, use APA for both but do not worry about the powerpoint slides citations (just leave them with a (?) as I will take care of that. As for the journal I would like to see it be related to my part time job at Apple. And how, I see and interact with so many people on a daily basis and have some unconscious biases on the job. For example, I may think that older people may need more help with technology so I may spend more time with them but in actuality it may be the opposite. (Ill let you come up with some more examples, with different categories there). Its a lot of opinions mixed with citations. And just make sure everything is properly cited and original cause my teacher will be submitting this on turnitin. Thank you very much!
