Define and describe ‘language’ using the AC/EYLF and Scholarly literature (chapter one). Go to AC/ Language and check out the EYLF outcomes. This is the strand you will be discussing in this paragraph. Give an example of what an activity might look like incorporating language and what students might be doing as a result of this activity. (What are you teaching and what are the students doing/learning) Then link the activity to an AC content descriptor or an outcome from EYLF. Make sure your content descriptor is appropriate for 0-8 year olds. If you are focussing in 0-5 year olds you would use the EYLF. 2. Repeat with Literacy strand 3.
