The most important political events of the last 300 years, the American and French Revolutions, were both caused by, and contributed to, concerns over human rights, the actions of government, and the nature of society. Illustrate, using each of the documents below. The essay is due November 22nd and should be between 1500 and 2000 words long. It MUST be typed and double-spaced. Late submissions will be marked down at the rate of 5% for the first day and 2% for subsequent days. The documents are mostly drawn from the Fordham University Halsall website, but there are some from several other websites. Beware that web links sometimes break down so it is important, for this and other reasons, to start working on the documents EARLY. If you have a problem with the links let me know as soon as possible. As you read these documents, use the knowledge you have acquired from the lectures and readings to place them in a historical perspective. These documents are already grouped together by theme but the perspectives of the authors often differ from one another. Analyze these differences (and the similarities) and the possible reasons for them. As you do this, you will develop your own perspective on the events that they discuss. Always remember that your perspective is the most important part of your essay. Be sure that your voice is heard. https://sourcebooks.fordham.edu/mod/paine-common.asp https://pages.uoregon.edu/dluebke/301ModernEurope/Sieyes3dEstate.pdf https://sourcebooks.fordham.edu/mod/1791burke.asp It must be written based on these three provided documents
